Envisioned by the Pearland Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Pear-Scape Trail features artistic 4’ size fiberglass “pears” painted by local artists positioned throughout the City. The mission is to promote tourist related activity within Pearland in developing a public Pear Art Sculpture Trail as a cultural tourism attraction.

The installation of new pear sculptures on the Pear-Scape Trail is currently on hold as The Pearland Convention and Visitors Bureau works to devel- op Pearland’s very first Cultural Arts Master Plan. The plan will help inform future arts-related initiatives in the city, including the growth of the Pear-Scape Trail project. Opportunities to provide feedback will be available throughout the estimated 10-to-12-month process, including the online survey which can be found here through December 15.

Visitors and residents will still be able to check in to the sculpture locations and redeem points for prizes from the Pearland Convention and Visitors Bureau.
