August 8, 2019 @ 12:00 am

Wings & wheelsWings and Wheels at the 1940 Art Terminal Museum is from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. the third Saturday of each month and has a different theme each month.

Admission is $7 for adults and $3 for children, and includes access to the Museum, static aircraft and vehicle displays, and supervised access to the ramp. Admission is waived for visitors who fly in, or who drive in with a classic car. Lunch is available from a local mobile food vendor.

This month the Latino Pilots Association will be on-site to share all the great work they do throughout the community. The Latino Pilots Association (“LPA”) is a non-profit, volunteer organization comprised of professional pilots from different sectors of the aviation industry. Their goal is to lead by example, stay true to their core values, inspire, motivate and advise future generations of professional aviators. Through community outreach and with LPA member participation, they are a nationwide network of pilot mentors looking to give back to the Latino community, but not limited to any one particular demographic.
