Puranava Indian Culture Festival

Head out to the Pearland Town Center pavilion on Saturday, August 14th from 5 to 8 p.m. for the 2021 Puranava Indian Culture Festival!

The event will include:

– Indian classical and folk dances and music
– Arts, crafts, activities for kids
– Try your own henna art
– Try your own Rangoli art
– Photo ops
– Indian food
– Bazaar with vendor booths featuring local businesses,
– Free Covid vaccine shots
– Universal harmony kirtan with balloons for all

This culture fest is a free and open, public event, and is supported by the City of Pearland Cultural Arts Grant program from the City of Pearland Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Kids/youth can also participate in an online Indian classical music competition, and a Heritage Vocabulary Bee contest. See puranava-usa.org for details.
