Birding in the Field

Pearland is a birders paradise! Brazoria County is located in the Central Flyway and is among the counties with the highest bird species count in the State. Whether you’re a lifelong birder looking to hang out with a new flock or someone who just dabbles, the Birding in the Field from Pearland Parks and Recreation is sure to be a great time.

Join an experienced guide on Wednesday, October 20th from 8 to 9:30 a.m. to explore some of Pearland’s birding hotspots. Participants will get the opportunity to see a variety of species and learn tips for identifying birds in the field. All skill levels are welcome, and the instructors will have a few pairs of binoculars to borrow if you don’t have your own.
