An Afternoon with Author & Artist Don Bertram

Author, Don Bertram lives in the Houston/Pearland area and has written a wonderful children’s book called, “The Chimney Sweep’s Tale”. The book was written for children ages 10 and up. Featured on the weekly television program, “Texas Country Reporter”, on Channel 11, as part of a segment they did about the Texas Children’s Cancer Research Center at the Medical Center in Houston.

Winsong Creations and Simply Fine Art Studio is proud to sponsor a reading and signing of Don’s book, as well as making his paintings available for sale here at the Studio during and after the readings. Don will perform two (2) readings, the first reading will be at 2 p.m. and a second reading will be at 4 p.m. on April 20th.

The event is free and open to the public. 100% of book sales and 80% of the sale of Don’s paintings will be donated to Texas Children’s Cancer Research Center located at the Medical Center in Houston, Texas.
