Hometown Christmas Lights at Independence Park

Come to Independence Park with your family and friends for the scenic beauty of twinkling lights throughout the park. Enjoy the magical backdrop in the park complete with two, giant lighted Christmas trees, a family of 10-foot tall reindeer, 8-foot tall holiday signs for the perfect photo opportunity with your family, 7-foot candy canes, 6-foot and 4-foot ornaments, 5-foot bows, and 4-foot gift boxes, hundreds of lighted trees, and vibrant green garland and red bows throughout adorn the park for a truly magical holiday experience.

While we can’t meet for the regularly scheduled Christmas event, the magic of Christmas is alive in Independence Park! It is the perfect place to celebrate, take photos, and enjoy some beautifully lit outdoor recreation whether you’re walking the trails, playing tennis or basketball, doing yoga on the lawn, or having a picnic outside.
